Withdraw from contract here — Online withdrawal
Changed your mind? You can withdraw from the contract here. In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and L.221-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give any reason. This function is free of charge, available throughout the withdrawal period, and submitting it constitutes notification of your decision to NB08 SHOP.
Complete the form, then click “Confirm withdrawal”. A time-stamped acknowledgement of receipt is sent to you by email: keep it, as it serves as proof of the date of your request. We will then tell you how to proceed with the return and the refund.
What happens next
- Immediate acknowledgement of receipt by email, time-stamped: it is proof that you exercised your right within the deadline.
- Return of the item within 14 days of your request, to: NB08 SHOP, 52 Cours Napoléon, 20000 Ajaccio, France. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, labels and packaging intact). Return costs are at your expense; we recommend a tracked shipment.
- Full refund, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receipt of the item or of proof of its dispatch, to the payment method used for the order.
Any depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item may give rise to a deduction. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items or gift cards.
